Currently We ship via USPS Only. Customers is responsible for Shipping cost and fees
Please ensure you provide Elegant Reign LLC with the correct mailing address when ordering as we are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly delivered to an address other than your own. If we received a “returned to sender”, notification from the mailing system, Elegant Reign LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges or associated fees. We’ would be elated to resend the returned package, however you will be asked to pay shipping for this package as well..
Elegant Reign is not the responsible party for delayed carrier times. Should there be an extreme delay on your package after we have releases it to the mailing system, please contact the mail carrier unit and file a claim with the provide tracking information Elegant Reign LLC will provide you with. become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal. We can also take payments in person or over the phone when necessary.
Returns
WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Based on the nature of Elegant Reign Products, used candles, melts, sprays, diffusers, oils cannot be returned or refunded. We are very stringent about being sanitary and for that reason our soaps, scrubs, soaks, salts, bath bombs or any beauty + body products are final sale also
Damaged Goods
Elegant Reign LLC carefully inspects every product we ship, All orders are packaged adequately with handling by carrier in mind. We work to ensure your products make it to you in a usable condition. If for some reason your package arrived damaged and unusable, please contact me at admin@elegantreign.com . within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please send a photograph of the damaged item along and the condition of the box/package. Please also email your order number as well. With that information we will review the information provided and also file a damage claim with the shipping carriers.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Elegant Reign LLC can potentially be returned to Elegant Reign LLC and Elegant Reign products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
