We are a handcrafted Store and some items take longer than other to make. It can take up to 3 -5 Business Days of Processing before orders are shipped.

CANDLE CARE:
To avoid soot, always trim your wick to 1/4″ before candle you light the candle
To Prevent tunnelling: Burn the candle long enough so the wax pool reaches the entire edge of the container
Do Not burn the candle more than 4 hours at a time
Keep candle away from children, pets, flammable items, Fans, breezes

Candles: Trim the wick after every burn and never leave a burning candle unattended. a warning label is included on every candle please read carefully.

Product Variations
All of our products are handcrafted. Therefore, made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are and should be expected. We inspect all of our products before we ship them, so we understand that these variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles • Changes in temperature may cause “wet spots or Frosting”  on candles. These terms are used to describe a pockets  on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in or frosting, little white bubbles that show up on the wax that may cause it to look “frosted over”.  These are natural occurrences that happen with natural waxes and can happened when the candle experience temp changes. This has no effect on the Burn, smell or quality of the candle. Colored candles can changes color as well if they are stored in Direct Sunlight to try and avoid this possibility as much as possible. please Store in a cool/dry place. and out of direct sunlight, so as not to oxidize the oils.

Lip Balms, Soaps, Sugar Scrubs and Salts• Our skincare products are also handcrafted with natural and essential oils and  butters so separation can happen and is normal! You can help curtail some of the separation by Storing in a cool/dry place. and out of direct sunlight, so as not to oxidize the oils.

Room + Body Mists Different fragrance combinations mixed with our room and  body mists can separate or a cloudy appearance.  Some scents may even have a bit of a brown hint to them.. This is the vanillin in the products and they tend to turn brown when the liquid hits the air. This is normal and varies from scent to scent. It does not affect the way your mist will work or smell. Be sure to shake well before every use, just as the instructions suggest on the bottles.

All of our bath products are tested and for the best quality. However we do not suggest using our products on your face or internally. Some of our bath products smell so yummy, you may be tempted to eat them but none of our products are for consumption of any kind!

Wax Melt Care
Replace wax melts when fragrance has dissipated
No flame or soot residue
Do not burn for more than 4 hours

Warmer Care
Remove lid from candle before using. Place on level, heat resistant, stain resistant surface. Turn off Candle Warmer when not in use or when unattended. Turn off and unplug Candle Warmer before cleaning. Keep out of reach of children. Use only tempered glass or metal containers. Containers do get hot. Surface temperature is hot, do not allow hot plate to come in contact with skin. Some Candles tend to overflow while melting so please watch carefully. Do not move warmer when supporting a container of hot wax. Do not allow cord to hang over the edge of the table or counter or touch hot surfaces. 18 ounce or smaller candles recommended. Please check with the candle manufacturer to ensure safety of the Candle Warmer hot plate.
